Thank you for shopping with Steve Jhonson. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for our store.


Returns — 7-Day Policy

You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received — Unused

  • With original tags and original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

  • Supported by a mandatory unboxing video clearly showing the parcel opening

A fixed ₹100 return shipping fee is payable by the customer.

Once your return request is approved:

  • We’ll send you the return shipping label and detailed instructions

  • You must only ship to the return address provided after approval

  • Items sent back without approval will not be accepted

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A defective item

  • A damaged product

  • The wrong item

Contact us within 24–48 hours with your unboxing video, so we can investigate and resolve the issue quickly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom/personalized products

  • Used or damaged items

  • Items missing original packaging or tags

  • Items without an unboxing video

  • Sale items and gift cards

If you have doubts about a product’s eligibility, please contact us before starting a return.


Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed if:

  • The product is unused

  • Tags and packaging are intact

  • The unboxing video is provided

The easiest way to exchange is:

  1. File a return request

  2. Once approved, return the item

  3. Place a new order for the item you want


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund decision.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the refund
